I hear that loud and clear. I don’t necessarily enjoy the movies themselves less, but I always considered part of the fun to be interacting with the fandom, which has basically become impossible anymore.

As for your Reddit experiences, I can see that being an issue. I am not on the site myself, but I have limited my social media activity on sites like Twitter and Facebook because of that negativity that seems to be everywhere.
