That’s awesome! I think most people start by dabbling in plant-based. I certainly did. I was eating a lot of plant-based foods in my second year of being vegetarian (cheese was my biggest hangup), but it took a year of adjustment to be able to go fully plant-based. Everyone has their own unique journey to find the eating habits that are best for them. I’m still learning in mine!
